"Great place for a quick staycation. Location is perfect - lots of restaurants, live music venues and other sites in walking distance. Outdoor patio of Heydey lounge is currently under renovation, but they opened a pop up lounge on the 31st floor with gorgeous views ! Food & drinks were delicious! Coconut spritz is a must try. I wished they would have had their restaurant open for dinner. "

"Was no hot water, A/C did not work parking terrible was charged twice told valet person about getting charged twice and they gave me a fake number of who i can talk to gave me the run around. Will not recommend this place at all"

"The staff were very helpful and professional. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had a well rounded selection and was well maintained. I enjoyed my short stay immensely and will definitely come back."

"The Hotel Indigo is the top 5 floors while the first five are a Holiday Inn Express. The lobby is much more Holiday Inn Express than Hotel Indigo. No coffee is provided in the lobby and I got several emails and texts asking if I wanted to “upgrade” my stay by paying $5 to leave my luggage after check out - a service that has been provided for free at every other hotel I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. Overall it did not seem a good value for the money. The room was dingy with a large water stain in the bathroom, stains on the curtains, and peeling caulk in the bathroom. I’ve stayed at other Indigo’s in the US and abroad and enjoyed them. I don’t know that I will again."

"The staff was not the friendliest or welcoming at front desk, there was some Maintenance or other thing being done so the entire breakfast, table & chair area was closed off. We did not eat breakfast on site either day. There was only 2 bags of hot tea, both earl gray , and staff said they had no more tea on the premises. Our room smelled musty and damp and I had to use our body spray to make it pleasant. For the price of stay for 2 nights I expected better. "
