"I’d like to leave a review for anyone who doesn’t want to end up on the street at night looking for alternative accommodation. On the day I needed to extend my stay, I rang reception and asked to extend my booking; I was told to do this via Expedia, which I did, but my smart key wasn’t extended. As I was leaving to run some errands, I called reception again to let them know, said I’d be back late, and asked for confirmation of the extension. They confirmed the extension and said I could extend the key upon my return. When I came back from the event at one in the morning, I found no one at reception, so no one was able to extend my key and I was left without accommodation for a day, having spent money on another hotel; The next day, when I went to reception, they refused to refund my money or extend my stay for another day, citing the fact that their reception is open until 8 pm, but this was not stated anywhere, not even over the phone when I called to confirm my booking and mentioned that I would be arriving late. "

"Arrived at the hotel early. I was welcomed by the receptionist Eliza. Very professional attitude and she checked us in with no problems. The owner Gulsana gave a little gift to my daughter and welcomed us all. Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. For a 3 star hotel it really exceeded my expectations. Cleaning was top notch. Anything we needed or wanted was accommodated. Upon check out Bekzat ensured we were happy with everything and asked us how they can do better in which we said just keep up what you're doing. Keep it consistent as people will love the experience. Definitely 100% recommend. I will definitely be back again. Thank you Gulsana, thank you Duo. "

"Definitely recommend but without breakfast option. Its best to just buy breakfast and what you like to eat in the moment as the breakfast option is not very good. But the property, service etc was great."

"Great place to stay while in Bishkek. Room was spacious and clean. Toilet essentials and drinking water was plenty. They did early checkin without any hassle. Breakfast was included and had a good spread. Airport pickup and drop off service was included and seamless. Friendly staff. They had thought of everything. Overall excellent."
