"This property host never communicated with us and left us stranded without a place to stay when we arrived in Dallas. VRBO refunded our deposit but finding a hotel was challenging and we had to pay three times as much. VRBO said they will only refund us a portion of what we paid to find another place on the day we arrived to check into this property. Do not book here!"

"We had a very comfortable stay for 2 weeks. Jennifer, our host, was always there to support us.The house was clean and nice. If I buy a house later, I would like to refer to the interior.There are many things to see and eat nearby, such as museums and aquariums. There is also a tram that runs late, so it was a great location for sightseeing.If I visit Dallas again, I will definitely stay at Jennifer's house."

"Nice place. Good beds. Very clean. Host very responsive. Just be aware that this is a three level home with many stairs so not for the mobility impaired. "

"We loved the home. It was as pictured and super spacious. The home is lovely and very neatly designed. The valet parking was nice and the wait time for the car wasn't bad. However, the building is older and has an odor that gave us headaches. That with the surroundings made us check out early. There are homeless people on the sidewalks close to the location and a park right across the street with questionable people. Our kiddos spent all the time we were there watching things they had never...

"Great neighborhood and location. Felt safe walking the dog late at night or early in the morning. The Union Cafe and Zaguan were great and walkable. We really liked Village Bakery and Cafe which is just a two or three minute further walk from Union. We’d stay again!"

"Apartment in a very old building in East Dallas. Furnishings and decor are very nice.Floors are uneven from building settling. No hall light in back door entryway. Wood around door frame of back entry door is busted.We were there for baby in NICU at Baylor, and the location was ideal."
