"A somewhat worn down resort, 2 small pools no other shared facilities. Some cafés, restaurants and a good grocery store very close by though. Also very close to swimming lake (Lac de Saint-Cassien, recommended), Cannes, the Riviera etc. A holiday home - not suitable for short stays due to cleaning costs and not so flexible check-in hours. Check-in after 19 possible, but has to be arranged. Staff didn't speak English on the phone - code exchange was difficult. Read the fine print - Hotels.com...

"Staff are friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Pool is clean but quite a few sun loungers were broken. Accommodation was clean and all the basics were there and air con was great! The grounds look tired and need some attention. It’s a short walk to the beach. We had a lovely dinner at an Italian restaurant near the beach and there is a small supermarket nearby the beach. "

"I recently stayed at Lily of the Valley and had such an incredible experience that I felt compelled to share it. From the moment I arrived, the service was truly exquisite—every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and unbelievably accommodating. They made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. A special shoutout to The Vista, their on-site restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, and the elegant, beautifully designed space made every meal feel memorable. I also loved their gym—top-of-the-line equipment, a bright atmosphere, and everything you need to stay active while traveling. My Superior Room was wonderful, especially the terrace with a cozy outdoor bed overlooking the heated pool and the charming village below. It was the perfect spot to unwind. And the 15-minute walk down to Gigaro Beach quickly became one of my favorite parts of the trip—the scenic views were stunning and made for peaceful, picture-perfect moments. I also appreciated the transportation the hotel arranged for visits to nearby sites. Their staff and concierge were always incredibly easy to reach via WhatsApp, making communication smooth and stress-free throughout my stay. Overall, I’m deeply grateful for my time at Lily of the Valley—the memories I made, the peace and calm I found, and the chance to step away from the hustle of work and recharge before the new year. Thank you for such a restorative stay. 🌿✨"
