"Nous avons passé des bonnes vacances dans cette belle maison Elle est très bien placée - 5 Min à pied jusqu’à la plage et 15 minutes jusqu’à Hossegor magasins et resto Il y a 2 terrasses devant et à l’arrière Tous fonctionne sans problèmes et il y a tous ce que dont on a besoin pour y passer des belles journées !"

"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und entspannte Zeit in diesem gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Im Innern fühlte man sich sofort wohl. 3 Zimmer stehen zur Verfügung. Alles war sauber und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Im kleinen, aber feinen Pool kann man sich gut abkühlen. Privatsphäre garantiert! "The house provides great outdoor areas for chilling and eating. However, the inside is not great at all. There is one Bedroom that is outstanding with a nice bathroom and a view from the bed of the lake. However, all the guests will have a very different experience. The 2nd floor is very low, I kept hitting my head in the bedroom or in the bathroom. There is only 5 bedrooms so I am not sure where the advertized 14 people stay comes from. I would rent again but not at the same price."

"We passed a great vacation in Mimizan-Beach with our large family. The house looks exactly as advertised, the pool is great and it's nicely furnished and decorated. However, we should mention some details that keep this place from being a straight 5-star object: - if the wind blows towards the sea, you get an ugly smell from the large paper mill up the road - the place needs a very thorough clean-up that includes all corners of the kitchen and the bathroom, chairs etc. "
