Bij onze aankomst stond de gastvrouw ons op te wachten en heeft ons een rondleiding gegeven in en rond het huisje. Het huis was proper en alles was aanwezig om er een fijn weekend van te maken! De omgeving was prachtig met gezellige terrasjes in het centrum van vielsalm.

Wij hebben met z'n tienen een heel fijn lang weekend doorgebracht in Vielsalm. Fijn huis met voldoende ruimte voor iedereen. Heerlijke verse melk van de boer. Koeien in de stal wat voor onze jongste heel leuk was en voor ons ouderen natuurlijk ook. Er was net een kalfje geboren. De omgeving is prachtig daar, mooi wandelgebied en de grotten dichtbij. Kortom een aanrader voor iedereen!!!!

Het huis en de omgeving lijken op de foto's die hier worden afgebeeld. Contact met de eigenaar verloopt niet soepel vanwege de taal, maar ze proberen echt alles om ons zo goed mogelijk te informeren, helpen, e.d. De omgeving was echt leuk, je zou denken dat je de boerderij geur van binnen sterk ga ruiken maar het valt reuze mee! Moet wel een beetje voorzichtig zijn met (kleine) kinderen omdat het echt naast de weg waar auto's soms hard rijden (zoals afgebeeld). De interieur is best oud maar schoon! En boven alles, wat belangrijk is dat alles werkt, vooral heet water, erg belangrijk als je met zijn allen zijn en nog willen douchen e.d. Koelkast zijn goed, schoon. De matrassen zijn wat oud, sommige hebben al een lichte deuk maar tja, voor de prijs is het echt prima. Van de eigenaar krijgen wij 2 ltr verse melk per dag gratis en soms zelf halen erg leuk voor de kinderen. En wat is de melk lekker! Dank je wel Natalie en manlief, tot de volgende keer )

Accommodatie zag er in eerste instantie goed uit, later bleek dat er aardig wat gebreken waren. Koelkast- en ovenlampje deden het bijvoorbeeld niet. Er leg heel veel speelgoed, maar veel was er kapot. En helaas zijn de matrassen ook slecht, de helft te zacht en de helft te hard. Ook doorgezakte lattenbodems. Als ze deze gebreken zouden oplossen komen we zeker nog eens terug want het is verder een heerlijk huis. 3 douches en genoeg zitplaatsen. De tuin is ook perfect, incl grote bbq!

Het was een prachtig en schoon huis. Keuken en aparte ruime eetkamer waren erg prettig en van alle luxe voorzien. Het huis ligt aan een weg waar auto's met ruim 90 km p/u voorbijrijden. De koeienstal zit vast aan het vakantiehuis waardoor geluiden 's nachts hoorbaar zijn maar niet storend. Leuk voor de kinderen logeren op een boerderij.

kleiner dan verwacht voor 12 mensen. er waren maar 2 wc's en 6 zitplaatsen in de salon De vaatwas was niet proper en het lawaai van de baan op 2 meter van de voordeur was enorm

Compleet gezellig vakantiehuis gerund door supervriendelijke eigenaars. In en rond Vielsalm is genoeg te doen om (kleinere) kinderen bezig te houden incl. bezoekje aan de kalfjes op de boerderij zelf. Spijtig dat kleine mankementen (kapotte lattenbodems, douchedeur die niet sluit...) die maanden geleden al door anderen werden aangemeld (zie beoordelingen) nog niet waren hersteld.

Zeer vriendelijk onthaald, vakantiewoning voldeed aan de verwachtingen, hebben tijdens ons verblijf kunnen meegenieten van het leven in een boerderij. Met je weggaan nog lekkere verse melk gekregen!
