Apartment 4 1: True to the motto Small but beautiful, we offer you in our newly renovated in 2009, the non-smoking apartment is the ideal accommodation for longer or shorter stays. With us you live centrally, comfortably, inexpensively and comfortably as at home. Our apartment 4 has: Fully equipped kitchenHerd including oven, microwave oven and dishwasher fridge with freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all other necessary utensils etc. WC & bathroom with shower, vanity, mirror cabinet & hairdryerDorm with double bed, satellite TV, clock radio with CD player, wireless LAN Internet, furniture safeIn another small room there is an additional double bed. Bed linen and towels are available in the apartment. If required, we also provide you with a cot (up to 3 years), high chair, iron and ironing board free of charge.

About the house Prinz: Our house is located in Matzingerstrasse 10, in the 14th century. Vienna district, Penzing, to be precise in the beautiful district Breitensee. Breitensee is located on the western edge of Vienna, and therefore offers you many advantages of a peripheral district. For example, the excellent infrastructure in the immediate vicinity: - various national and international restaurants - good bakery with coffee and snack. - pharmacies, doctors, hospital, post office, children playgrounds - banks (Volksbank, Raiffeisenbank) with ATM- supermarkets (Billa, penny market , Spar) Our advantages at a glance: - Underground a minute walk away - Tram lines 10 and 49 within two minutes - the quiet location of our house - various national and international restaurants - good bakery with coffee and snack - pharmacies, doctors, hospital , Playgrounds-Banks (Raiffeisenbank, post office) with ATM- Supermarkets (Merkur, Billa, penny market, Spar, Hofer) Since our house is very centrally located, you can reach in just 2 minutes walk the tram lines 10 and 49. In just a few minutes you are with the line 10 at Schönbrunn Palace with the former Imperial Palace Park, the Gloriette, the Palm House and the wonderful Tiergarten. In the immediate vicinity (100 meters away) is an underground parking space rented for our guests in the very modern WIPARK underground car park Karree Breitensee, opened in 2014, at a special price of EUR 5.50 / day (24 hours)! Furthermore, at a distance of 900 meters or two subway stations away the Park & Ride facility Ottakring, which has 720 parking spaces! On the weekends you can also use the free, public parking in the immediate vicinity of our house, which are available Monday - Friday (weekdays) from 9 - 19 clock only chargeable (EUR 2.10 / hour) for a maximum of three hours. Minimum stay is THREE nights. An arrival directly on the day of booking is not possible due to organizational reasons!
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 21:00 and departures from 00:00 to 11:00.

We appreciated the in-person check in and simple check out. The apartment had enough space for our family of 3 and the outdoor area was a bonus. The neighborhood was quiet with a nice grocery store very close by, and the ubahn access was fantastic. Great price for a historoc property.
Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Für unsere Aufenthaltsdauer war die Größe ausreichend, weil man ja eigentlich nur zum Schlafen im Appartement ist. Sehr genial ist die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr, Parken fürs Auto und die Geschäfte für den täglichen Gebrauch. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!
Eine schöne und saubere Unterkunft, sehr freundlicher und vor allem persönlicher Kontakt mit dem Hausherren und eine wunderbare Lage für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in Wien. Gerne wieder.
Eine Woche in Wien bei starker Hitze. Also täglich nachmittags Siesta in der Wohnung. Mit einem Ventilator war's möglich. Erdgeschoss wird auch nicht so heiß. Jalousien zum Verdunkelung vorhanden. War also prima für uns
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Ferienwohnung Haus Prinz. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und fanden eine schöne Ferienwohnung vor mit einer toll ausgestatteten Küche. Der Vermieter ist super nett, sehr hilfsbereit und immer für Fragen erreichbar.
