Convenient and clean.

Decent hotel. Good travel connections to u-bahn, so that it is relatively quick to get into the central areas of the city. Rooms are clean and modern, though don't expect as good of a view as they show on this website. Great shower!

Awesome Apollo Hotel

Carmen met me @ reception w/room key & helped me login to internet. Next day, Lauren helped me navigate thru Vienna w/map & suggestions. Breakfast staff provided a lovely meal. Owners were happy to see me enjoy Austrian company as well as super service by staff. Cozy room & terrific rooftop view of the city.

Very help staff.

Very helpful staff on the front desk. Couldn’t do enough. Made to feel very welcome. Room clean, neat and tidy. Breakfast was a little austere. Overall quite good.

Nice hotel. High value for money.

Nice and comfortable hotel with good location. Near train, U-bahn and tram, so it is easy to get around. Also close to good restaurants, supermarket and just around the corner is Mariahilfer Straße. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is good. Very nice bed, high quality bathroom and shower. Even with little features like you are able to make a cup of coffee in the room in the evening. So everything you need for a good base to enjoy your stay in Vienna. Absolutely high value for money. We really enjoyed our stay, and can highly recommend the hotel.

Construction in front of hotel, but the noise was manageable. Would have liked to know though beforehand. Staff really friendly and location only a few mins to underground, tram and Airport Transfer service just perfect. Hotel was missing some ambience in my opinion, room was fine though TV in room was a mess of the same channels and the faucet in bathroom way to small compared to the sink. Breakfast really good!

The area around the hotel is at present a building site, but i have to say it did not spoil our time there. The staff were all very helpful, especially Tania? who went out of her way to help us out as we tried to contact Eurowings regarding our lost luggage. She lindly phoned us and sent a photo when it finally arrived

It worked but could have been better

It was a convenient hotel for 2 nights. This was a tourist family trip for me. The breakfast is good. The location is also good but there is a building construction next door. We were asked to change to another room because of a repair in the hotel. The other room wasn’t well cleaned as the first one. We were charged a tourist fee of 8 Euros per night that wasn’t included in the reservation through Hotels.com

The hotel is a very good joice if you want to have walking distance to almost all famous sights in Vienna downtown or shopping area. Inside it looks pretty nice and also the rooms does look good. We just had an issue with the toilet flush button falling off the wall and during our stay we had to be careful when using it. Besides that the service was good. We could check in a little earlier which was really helpful and we enjoyed the included breakfast. Allover we see much more potential for this little nice Hotel but we would definitely come back.

We found the location of this hotel to be excellent. Easy to walk to a major shopping street & pick up public transportation to go anywhere else. Our room was facing a construction site, so not a lot of peace. The shower was large but leaked a great deal into the floor. We asked for additional pillows & to fix our room safe. The pillows arrived but the safe was never fixed. Breakfast was good.

Other than a rather good location near to Westbanhof, the service & rooms @ Apollo were not fantastic. I stayed in room 503 where the toilet windows overlooked a construction site. Requested for extra pillows & bottled water since check in, gave daily reminders to reception but still did not receive them when i checked out. Pillow was way too flat & soft. Breakfsst options were extremely limited for Asians - better to go elsewhere for breakfast

Their “24 hour” front desk staff are often not present. When checking in at 8:45pm, I spent 25 minutes searching the ground floor, knocking on random doors, messaging, emailing, and calling to try and get someone to attend the front desk. The worker had clearly been sleeping in a back room. She then left me personal information on an unattended front desk and returned to her sleeping spot (nowhere near the desk). Two mornings later at 7:00am, I went to the lobby to find someone who had been locked out of her room without her phone, who was unable to find any front desk staff to let her back in. Luckily, I knew their hiding spot from my check-in experience, so I went there, and unsurprisingly, there was a different sleeping staff member. Upon checkout at 8:30am, there was again no staff. This time the sleeping spot was only attended by cleaning staff, who took my key and said “you’re checked out”. All in all, very poor and frustrating customer experience.

The hotel is minimalistic in style . A few living plants and cut flowers would help . The room was comfortable . The breakfast was good and plentiful . The transport connections by tram and U Bahn are a few mins walk away . Value for money and a good choice for future visits .
