Stayed just 2 nights, inside property rooms lovely and warm, very clean bedding and apartment. Outside of property gave a bad impression, needs a repaint or refresh. Would have liked a better welcome pack especially choice of tea, english tea would have been greatly received. Considering 4 in a room 1 T bag pp wasnt very good for 2 nights and 3 days, had to buy our own and milk. Overall what we needed was a clean bed for the night so that was fine. Good place to put your head down if visiting for a quick cheap trip.

Doesn't look much from the outside, but very nice apartment. Close to transport links or around 25 minute walk to central Vienna, 10 minutes to HOHO bus at Votive church. Cleas instructions on how to access apartment. Overall we had a lovely stay and were very happy

The location is great, being relatively close to the city center. The apartment itself was a bit disappointing. The sofa beds are quite old and not so comfortable. Some things did not work properly but the receptionist was kind enough to fix them.

A Memorable Stay in the Heart of Vienna Having visited Vienna multiple times before, I can confidently say this was my best experience yet, thanks to this wonderful hotel. The room was impeccably clean, and despite the freezing nighttime temperatures outside, it was always comfortably warm inside. The inclusion of a small kitchenette, complete with a Nespresso coffee machine, was an invaluable feature, whether you’re in Vienna for business or leisure. The location struck the perfect balance—it’s in a quiet area, ensuring peaceful nights, yet conveniently close to the city center and all major attractions. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality of the host. It was evident that they genuinely care about their guests and strive to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Traveling with my little companion, a small Pomeranian, was made easy here. He slept soundly in the room, undisturbed by any noises—a rare and much-appreciated comfort for pet owners. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re traveling with pets and are concerned about their comfort during the trip. It’s a perfect blend of convenience, warmth, and exceptional care.

La struttura è poco distante dal centro di Vienna, raggiungibile con i tram che passano nella via principale che costeggia l'edificio; a pochi passi dal portone ci sono DM, Billa, Interspar, bar e ristoranti. nella struttura è possibile utilizzare la sala lavanderia al costo di 5 euro per un gettone per la lavatrice, mentre asciugatrice e ferro da striro sono messi a disposizione gratuitamente. il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile e tempestivo nel rispondere on-line. L'angolo cottura è ben fornito con macchinetta del caffè a capsule e utensili da cucina. L'appartamento è risultato pulito, ampio e arioso, l'affaccio sulla via principale, Alser Strasse, è stato piacevole. Migliorerei la qualità dei materassi, un po' datati e personalmente prevederei delle tende maggiormente oscuranti, anche se mi rendo conto che non tutti hanno questa esigenza, forse tipicamente italiana.

Zu Silvester mit der Familie in Wien Auf der Suche nach einer guten und günstigen Übernachtung sind wir auf dieses Apartment gekommen Das Apartment liegt sehr gut und zwar zentral in Wien, ca 700 Meter vom Rathausplatz weg... Die Rezeption und das Servicepersonal extrem gut gelaunt und sehr freundlich Die Räumlichkeiten und Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dafür war es sauber und vor allem das Preis Leistungsverhältnis hat hier super 👍 gepasst Wir kommen wieder

The location is excellent for seeing the old city and the Christmas markets. Apartments are roomy,clean, and well equipped. We extended our stay for 4 more days because the apartment is so comfortable.
