Not a fancy hotel but very service minded staff. Breakfast buffet where scrambled eggs, bacon and waffels was served freshly made on demand.

The staff are very helpful and the property appears to have recently been refurbished. The breakfast is reasonable. It's a little way out of the centre but the underground station is nearby and the neighbourhood feels safe. The Internet is slow at times. We would happily stay here again should we return to Vienna.

We'd gladly stay here again. It was clean. It was quiet. They have comfortable community areas. They have breakfast for a small cost and they have a friendly staff. The only negative thing I have to say is that the WiFi was basically nonexistent. It would just spin and spin, maybe connect for a minute or two and then it'd go out again. WiFi was continuously like that.

If we stay in Vienna one again, I will deffinetly come back to this property. We had double room with private bathroom. Room was simple, but everything was very clean. Staff at reception was nice and helpfull, breakfast for 10eur ok. First day we went late to breakfas and there was almost nothing, but the other day, we got up earlier and it was ok - bread, ha, cheese, basic vegetable, water melon, cereals, juices, coffee/tee

It looks like a 4 Star hotel since you enter the Reception. Clean and professional. I din:t like the idea of having to sign a record when checking in and rooms are missing Air Conditioning, just too hot during Summer.

For the price it’s what you’d expect, communal areas are decent the vibe is very much boring though. If you’re a solo travel and expect to meet others I wouldn’t recommend this one since there are no incentive to socialize with others. Also lots of older guys (kinda uncomfortable for younger solo female travellers).

The property is very inconvenient as when we needed to ask the staff to keep heating our food in the microwave as only the staff only had access to the microwave and sink whereas in order hostels they left it open for guests to use

Very good place

Good place. Clean room and bathroom. Good shower. Quiet place. Individual plug. PS: The locker is high, but thin and did not fit my luggage. They have their own key (you dont need a padlock) that can be loaned with a small deposit. Recommandation: Implove the privacy of each bed installing some kind of curtain.
