Very basic, lacking charm, overall disappointing

This hotel is more basic than expected - its old but lacking charm. Not what we expected from a 4 star hotel. Room faced noisy road, bathroom had handheld shower, breakfast was very basic and distance to center little further than we expected. Most disappointing was the staff - no smiles and acting allergic to customers.

Not very good deal

Pretty good location not far from the city center and u2 line. The hotel itself looks and feels rather old, definitely not the best of condition. "Scars" on the ceiling, not very clean. Breakfast is mediocre. Overall disappointing for its money.
