This hotel is ideally located with a pleasant and professional staff. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The long bath tub is an added bonus for a relaxing soak after walking and sightseeing.

We stayed at The Graben Hotel for 3 nights in April and we had a really good stay and would highly recommend. We were able to check in early as our room was available. The hotel is really conveniently located right in the centre of Vienna which made it walking distance to everywhere we wanted to visit and meant we could go back during the day. The staff were very helpful with advice and information for travelling around the city using public transport. We had breakfast included for our stay which made things much easier for us and there was a good choice of food available. The hotel also has an Italian restaurant which we ate at on the first night and the food was really good and the staff were very friendly.

We had a leaky AC unit and they fixed it and left us an amazing complimentary tort! Rooms are very small but you can’t beat the location! Amazingly central!

This property was very well located. The staff was pleasant and breakfast was nice. The only thing that we struggled with was the noise between rooms. In the morning it felt as if the upstairs neighbor was in our room with us.
