A one-star review is too much for this place. The only positive is the location. Nothing else. Please, especially if you have kids. DO NOT STAY HERE. DRTY, NASTY (not because it's old, i have stayed in older places with charm and cleanliness, not this one), rundown, truly beyound repair. Needs to be demolished or completely gutted and redone. As far as service, it is non-existent. Not in person nor through email or messaging. Send a message before checking in and haven't heard from them yet even after we left. They advertise breakfast!!! The breakfast room is now a laundry drying room. Also, even if they did have breakfast, i would not feel safe eating there, let alone feed kids. I do not think a hotel designation is appropriate for this place. If you think im exaggerating, take your chances, and i truly feel bad for you if you do. I think expedia should not even list this place. I will try to add pictures later. Flat out dirty nasty place.

Relatively affordable place compared to others in similar area. Old place; walls between the room are waaay too thin, and you could clearly hear the other room's conversations, or people in the next room snoring etc!

I had a trouble with the Checkin at this property. There was no one at the front desk when I reached. The hotel staff told me to wait for an hour. Other than Checkin, the hotel was little rustic. Bathroom and rooms were outdated.

Well... there is literally no soundproofing at all. Could here everything spoken next door. Curtains don't make room dark. Bed was not very comfortable. Very worn and old everywhere. Breakfast is ok, but don't expect nothing great it's only ok. 2 star hotel. This said... Staff is great and friendly. Location is good. Price was good/cheap.

Room was not available as booked when we arrived at property. Once we finally got through to them they tried to send us to another property 25 minutes away. They did not get in touch to advise any issue with the room booking.

We arrived at the hotel at 20.00. Although the check in ends at 21.00 there was nobody around. We called the phone number at the door waiting. She send us two different codes to enter the main gate and our door. The hotel send me that codes two days later. No one around, no one you can ask. No one really. Breakfast is deficient. May never stay again. Do not recommend ever.

Helt greit hotell med god beliggenhet

Helt grei frokost. Varmt på rommet, men fint med vifte. Pluss med vannkoker, men manglet både kopp og te/kaffe. Slitt og gammelt med vegg til vegg teppe. Kunne godt vasket over vasken på badet en gang i løpet av oppholdet når man bor der i 4 netter. Grei seng, men verste puta, bare en tynn fille. Fikk en til på forespørsel, men hjalp ikke stort. Alle putene burde fornyes.

Hotellet ligger ganska nära centrum så det var bra. Personalen är trevliga men hotellet var väldigt basic och tycker att 150 euro per natt var för dyrt. Badrummet behöver renoveras också.

Die Lage ist ideal, man ist schnell zu Fuß an der U- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle Schottenring und kann auch gut zu Fuß in die Innenstadt oder zum Burgtheater. Die Straßenbahn nach Grinzing fährt direkt vor dem Hotel ab. Unser Zimmer war zweckmäßig, geräumig, ruhig (zum Innenhof) und sauber, hatte aber recht lichtdurchlässige Vorhänge, sodass es früh hell im Zimmer war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Prima hotel

Prima hotel. Kamer was ruim en schoon, net als badkamer, maar beiden wel wat gedateerd. Ontbijt vanaf 8u (kan lastig zijn wanneer je vroeg op pad wil) is smaakvol en ruim voldoende. Aardig iemand bij receptie di erg behulpzaam was. Korte wandeling naar U2 metrostation (<10min, o.a. richting congrescentrum rechtstreeks).
