Have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. It has been a wonderful experience every time. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is great and the location of the hotel is most convenient to walking about and to subway stations. Am looking forward to my visit next year.

A gen to book!

We were two friends staying only one night before as cruise but they had taxi service to the hotel, had a room ready early when we arrived, and even traded rooms at no extra cost for more beds! Charming, so helpful, centrally located and th Ed only thing needing attention is breakfast where nothing was served hot.

Wonderful place. Clean old world charm. Great breakfast. Great big room. Would go back every time if we were in vienna. Only issue….and that is not much is that we had trouble finding but probably more our fault. It is down a side street lane but location is so quaint and cool that we felt like we were in our own oasis. Recommend yes.

This is a smaller hotel that is family operated. I can not say enough excellent things about. The rooms are immaculate, the reception staff become friends immediately upon entrying. There is nothing that they will will not do to help you. Quiet in the middle of "old town" lots of night and day activities....great vibes in the local community....The restoration done to the building brings together old and new....just stay there you will not regret it...on top of it the included breakfest was better than your mother's...good selection and well prepared...

A lovely stay in Vienna ! The staff were really kind, the complimentary breakfast was good, and the room was nice and clean. A few things to note. The hotel is currently going through some construction which we weren’t made aware of until closer to our stay. We did not find it at all disruptive to our stay (no noise etc) but just a thing to be aware of. Also, the rooms are equipped with air conditioning but does not run during fall and winter months. It got a bit stuffy but you can open the windows so it wasn’t bad in the cooler fall temperature. Overall, an excellent stay and was very walkable to the places we wanted to visit!

La pasamos bien en este hotel , el desayuno muy rico y las habitaciones pequeñas pero bastante limpias , el mobiliario un poco viejo pero todo bien , no había crema corporal en los baños , solo lo Mínimo , jabón líquido y gel de baño, tampoco agua gratis al Menos una botella por habitación deberían poner.
