The extraordinary charm of this magnificent hotel and quiet efficiency in a magnificent heritage hotel was wonderful. The staff were courteous, friendly and accomodating and the room I was in was breathtaking. I loved my stay and can't wait to return. As a very frequent traveler I have lots of comparisons, this hotel was amongst the best.

Best hotel in Europe!

We booked a higher class room but had no idea it was the rooftop suite flying the Austrian flag from the roof of the hotel! The service was world class, breakfast was great, the suite was absolutely huge and amazing in every way, and Vienna is spectacular. Can’t wait to come back and stay at the Bristol again!

Great Hotel in a Great Location

This is a fantastic hotel. Everything about my stay was just perfect. The room was maybe the most comfortable I've ever had. And it's easy to take for granted something like lighting in a room until you see how it should be done, like at the Hotel Bristol. A huge added bonus is the hotel's proximity to the opera house and the center of town. I would easily stay here, again.

チェックインが14時からの予定で、14時に到着したが、前の方がレイトチェックアウトのため、17時以降に部屋に入れると言われ結局部屋に入れるのは18時となった。通常、あとのお客様がいる場合レストチェックアウトは受けないはずだが、なぜこのようになったのか疑問。

Excellent hotel. Service was outstanding. Friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Concierge was super helpful. Even helped me with a river tour reservation when it didn't seem to work ony phone. Room was super comfortable. Location is perfect. Walking or easy access U-bahn to nearly everywhere

아주 훌륭한 위치에 자리잡은 브리스톨, 오페라극장을 바로 옆에서 볼수 있어 좋았습니다. 침대와 가구 모두 훌륭했고, 번화가이지만 소음이 없어서 더욱 편했습니다. 욕조의 물이 잘 안빠지는 번거로움이 있었지만, 제가 이걸 불편을 표현하지 않아서 몰랐을거라 생각합니다. 혹시 다른분들은 웰컴 드링크를 주는데 저희만 안준건 아닌지... 하는 생각을 잠시 했습니다. 다시 간다면 강력하게 추천합니다.
