Ausgezeichnete Lage, Service und Ausstattung auf sehr hohem Niveau, Zimmer ausreichend groß, manche leider nur in den Innenhof. Schwachpunkt seit einiger Zeit: Ameisenproblem in den Fensternischen im Frühstücksraum - das trübt etwas das exzellente Buffet.

Leuk hotel met sterk verouderde doch nette en schone kamers. Goed ontbijt met genoeg keuze. Vriendelijk personeel die ook in moeilijke tijd (Covid-19) zich dienstbaar blijft opstellen.

avoid during COVID pandemic

I would have given my stay a perfect rating if it weren’t for the fact that at breakfast none of the workers were wearing masks (and it was a buffet). They didn’t care about our safety during this pandemic. Please avoid at the moment. Otherwise, very beautiful hotel.

Nicht überzeugende Unterkunft!

Schlafzimmer ist sauber, Hotel ist aber schon in die Jahre gekommen. Dusche funktionierte nicht richtig, da die Aufhängung und der Duschkopf defekt war. Badezimmer und Toilette waren zum Teil schmutzig. Meiner Meinung nach 2.5 Sterne Hotel niemals 4.

Für grad mal 240,-€ ein Wochenende in einem Hotel der gehobenen Klasse mit 4 Sterne Niveau verbracht. Zentral in der Wiener Innenstadt gelegen , Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel , U-Bahn, Tram, Bus direkt vor der Haustür.Reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Biergärten, Pubs und Bars ebenso in der Nähe reichlich vorhanden. Gepflegtes und feudales Ambiente im gesamten Hotel.Top freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zum Frühstück ein grosszügiges Büffet, dass bei der Auswahl kaum Wünsche offen lässt . Zimmer und Bad perfekt sauber gehalten und in Bestzustand, TV, Telefon und Hausbar inklusive. Für diesen Preis hätte man woanders ein Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht mal eine Übernachtung buchen können. Auf jeden Fall war dies alles schon mein Ausflug nach Wien wert.

Nice old style interior overall but needs refurbishment in the next years and the breakfast area takes away that 1900s feeling. Furniture looks more like a second class train interior. Breakfast (maybe due to covid19) was down to a minimum but at least scrambled eggs from real eggs would have been good.

ダブルルームに宿泊。 部屋に入った瞬間にその広さと美しさにうっとり... ただ、窓からの景色は大通り沿いではないとあまり期待できるものではないかなと思います。 ウィーンのホテルにしては安めです。スーパーも近いので便利でした。観光にも便利な場所です。 朝食も種類が豊富で、大満足でした。

Otel Metro’ya bir kaç adım mesafede ve çoğu yere yürüyüş mesafesinde olması sebebiyle çok merkezi bir konumdaydı.. Kahvaltısı zengin..ilk gün check-in saatinden çok daha erken gitmiş olmamıza rağmen erkenden odamız hazırlanmıştı. Resepsiyondaki Merve hanım çok yardımsever. Viyana’ya tekrar gidersem yine bu oteli tercih ederdim.

Der Frühstücksraum ist nicht ansprechend, viel zu weitläufig und sehr laut. Das Buffet ist sehr eng gestellt, viele Gäste behindern sich gegenseitig. Der Weg in den hinteren Frühstücksbereich führt sehr eng an den Tischen der anderen Gäste vorbei. Die Auswahl am Buffet war okay, aber nichts besonderes. Das habe ich schon anders erlebt.

Nice hotel - Wifi doesn’t work.

Everything is great apart from the wifi for which I was getting a download speed of 2mbps. On the first night I phoned reception and they said they would have a technician look at the wifi and that reception was better in the lobby. No one really wants to have to go to the lobby to use the Internet. However on the 2nd night the wifi was still bad. Looking at other reviews I can see other people have complained about the poor wifi so there is clearly no intention from the management to resolve this problem. This is a shame because everything else about the hotel is great - apart from maybe the breakfast which was very crowded
