Nice hotel for the price. Great breakfast. It is quite a ways outside of the tourist area but easy to get there on the subway. Very limited restaurant selection near the hotel.

Very near the places I wanted to visit. The front desk staffs, Mariella and Marietta were so kind and ready to answer my questions. I only missed a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. Otherwise, I liked the room service and the kind people in this hotel

Reception only opens from 12noon to 8pm, staff is friendly. Although carpet needs replacing, Rooms are clean and sufficient. Close to station and supermarket, but otherwise not much else in area. I would come back again for the value.

Clean and good value.

Pretty basìc hotel with no water or drinks making facilities in the room, but clean and comfortable and good value for money. Nice buffet breakfast included in room price. Friendly staff and only 5 mins walk to Kagran Platz Ubahn. A bit weird that reception o ly opens at noon but very good arrangements for arriving out of hours.

For a Good Vienna Trip

Everything was almost perfect, the room(especially bathroom and bed) was really clean. The location was perfect, it was really close to U-Bahn(Kagraner Platz - 3 mins by walking) station. Hotel was close to Vienna city center via U-Bahn almost 10 mins. Breakfast was also good, clean and enough for us.

The carpet in my room was disgustingly dirty! Rooms towards the street are rather loud (tram line, cars). Breakfast buffet, but don't expect anything special. Advantages: you can book on short notice with limited budget, metro station close by, friendly staff.

I never stayed there, due to the hotel's inflexible change/cancellation policy and Expedia's inability to assist me. Terrible, non- or awful-communicating management. Avoid unless you're prepared to engage in a dispute with the hotel management if you need to change the dates or cancel the reservation!
