Check in was efficient. The gentleman that looked after us was very friendly. We had a large room with 3 beds. The beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Bathroom lacked shelf space but we were able to add space with a wooden chair. Electric outlet on hair dryer in bathroom would not deliver enough current to power a curling iron. Room was warmer than we like for sleeping but we were able to cool it down by turning off the radiators and opening a window. Breakfast was good with enough variety for healthy meals. Location was great - easy walking distance to several Christmas markets. Overall we were very happy with our choice for our 5 night stay in Vienna.

Christmas Markets in Vienna

The staff were amazing and the Hotel was great! We had a 3 bed room. There was lots of space for the 3 of us and a couch to sit on. The Hotel is in a great location to walk to many of the things Vienna has to offer. A great vacation to see the Christmas markets :).

This hotel is awesome! The staff was very welcoming and respectful! Our room was spacious and very clean. The big plus is the perfect location as it is very near the tram stop and also the U Station. It is also walking distance to the Justizpalast and the Austrian Parliament. There are also restaurant options nearby! All in all, this was the perfect place to stay in Vienna! Highly recommend!

The room was huge, clean and comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the old lift and big windows. You can hear the tram which passes the end of the road and if you happen to be unlucky with noisy neighbours, you can hear very easily through to the next room. Really good location, close to main attractions and great transport links. Quieter area of the city as slightly away from the main bustle.

This modest hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance to most sites in Vienna including Hofburg Palace, museums and Opera House. Palais Auersberg, one of the beautiful concert sites, is 5 min walk from the hotel. It is nice and clean, great value for the money!

This Hotel was close to a very large Christmas Market. The breakfast offered was nice. There was various cheeses and meats and some fruits. The room was a bit chilly for my taste and I was unable to regulate the heat.

The location was good,just off the Ringstraß. However the fact that the hotel desk was not manned all the time was to say the least quaint in the 21st century. Plus there is a fair bit of building works going on nearby mainly to do with the Metro

Room was very small but clean and quiet. Tiny little elevator/lift that was quite old but super cute and functional (if a bit old smelling). Breakfast was a standard European breakfast but it was tasty and lots to choose from. Place seemed to be rather full but we rarely heard anyone in the hallways nor much noise from outside which was nice. We were there on Christmas eve and Christmas day and thankfully the city was bustling so there were things to do and places to eat. Very close to christmas markets and public transportation which was a godsend. would probably stay here again for the price and location.
