The Sachet is all about Vienna's tradition, luxury well understood, discretion and a staff at all levels of the experience that delivers a professional, friendly and even perfect service with grace and elegance. Yes, the rooms are well appointed, the bathroom well designed, the lobby has a great atmosphere- almost out of a Visconti film set...the spa could be better, the bar menu not that great but overall a brilliant antidote to luxury chains that try but don't reach a similar level.

This is where I will stay whenever I go to Vienna. The hotel is beautiful, it's the perfect mix of old and new. The staff so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, almost everything is walking distance. I couldn't love this hotel any more than I do!

A true 5 star hotel. Top 5 of hotels we have stayed at. If you able ask for either the Romeo or Juliet Suite. Very worth it. Heated bathroom floors. Just perfect and the staff is top notch. A++ location.

Magical Vacation

This is a beautiful hotel in the center of first district Vienna It’s close to a lot of museums and historical sites, Vienna Opera is across the street from the hotel, Belvedere palace is a 30 minutes stroll away from hotel The service and food in this place are outstanding. We had a magical stay on the property.
