Room was big and accommodating, but felt a bit run down. Bathroom had an odd smell too it. Overall we loved the hotel location & size, staff was friendly and helpful! It could use some updating, but we would stay again!

Very nice hotel, extremely friendly staff, good size rooms and a great location. The bathroom has only body wash in the shower and by the sink, so carry your own shampoo and conditioner. Also the hair dryer is the type where you have to hold the button, I thought all normal hotels already changed this type to a normal hair dryer. Other than that we loved it

In a great location, walkable to the old city centre, Hofburg, and Naschmarkt. Also w min walk to metro station. Staff were helpful and offered a great self serve breakfast.

We started in room 121. Lots of street noise, even at night. We asked to be moved and they put us in 210 facing into the courtyard. Very quiet ! Ask for 208, 209, or 210 or a higher floor same corresponding numbers. Decent location 12 min walk to opera house hotel was fine
