Nice and comfortable family suite with much needed privacy. Fulfilling breakfast. The only downside is a steep staircase and the small elevator with a 2-person capacity. But I guess there's nothing can be done about that due to how the building is constructed. The staff is friendly and the area is good. Close to a main shopping street with a supermarket right across the street from the hotel and very convenient to transportation. There's metro right across the street and also a big tram network. It was very convenient to get to the main train station from the hotel on our last day as we were leaving Vienna. And the hotel is a short 15-minute metro right from the very heart of the historical city center.

No air conditioning, but alright

No air conditioning even with 30+ centigrade. Some rooms had fans or ventilators, but mine didn't. Had to sleep without blanket every night. An alright stay for a few days, not an entire week.

The hotel staff was very kind. Even though I was not very good at listening and speaking English, they were very kind to me. The only drawback was that the walls were thin and I couldn't sleep well at night because other guests were talking loudly. I wish it was quieter.

Short and sweet

I stayed for 2 nights with my 14 year old son. We were comfortable, the whole place was clean, breakfast was tasty and there was a nixe variety of options, the staff was lovely. The room was a bit overly warm at times, but we were able to open the windows for air. I requested separate beds and they accomodated us without fuss. All in all a great stay.

No a/c, warm room and bad sleep

I was there for 2 days with my family, we were 5, the room size was good... BUT.... Vienna had high temperatures, 33C during the day and approx 27 in the night.. and we had only 2 tiny poor unusefull fans in our rooms. NO A/C, 2 parking spots in the garage, you better book in advance, and the parking garages that they offer as second option are minimum 5 min walk, NOT NICE WHEN YOU WALKED ALL DAY!!!..... I def. will not stay there, rather pay more. STAFF WAS VERY NICE!!! Not good breakfast. Because of the hot room we barely slept,we open ALL WINDOWS, but during the night there are drunk people screaming outside and lots and lots of police or ambulaces passing by, and this is why I put a bad grade... WE PAY HOTELS FOR SLEEPING.

Sehr gutes Mittelklasse-Hotel. Freundlicher Empfang. Aufmerksamer Zimmerservice. 100 Meter vom Westbahnhof mit Zugang zu den U-Bahnlinien 3 und 6 und vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wer gern auf das Frühstück im Hotel verzichtet, braucht seinen Espresso, Kaffee oder Capuccino nicht entbehren. Diese stehen den ganzen Tag kostenfrei in der Empfangshalle zur Verfügung.

Zimmer sehr sauber, Zustand war großteils sehr in Ordnung, aber an manchen Stellen konnte man Gebrauchsspuren erkennen. Aber für diesen tollen Preis mehr als OK. Das Frühstück war sehr sehr gut. Zu Fuß sehr praktisch vom Westbahnhof erreichbar. Ich würde das Hotel sofort weiterempfehlen.
