This is my second stay at this hotel this week. I was warmly welcomed upon my arrival, and in the morning when I went for breakfast, I was greeted by a staff member named Shahiz with a smile and a warm welcome. He kindly assisted me in choosing food, juices, and coffee. It was truly a wonderful experience, with a great variety of delicious food options available.

Small little cozy hotel near to all amenities

Excellent staff, were very helpful, Maria especially. Hotel is centrally located, tram is just 30 second (Nusdorfer Strasse) and in front of the hotel and train is about 10 min walk (Spittelau station).

We founded this hotel so convinient, that there's no way we cannot give a 5 Stars review. From the convinient train stops to the center, great breakfast, cozy room, easy location for food ordering. Most comfortable beds in the world! SOOOO comfy. Staff super nice. The streetcars 38 and 37 are outside so easy to go north or south and 1 block away you can get on the U4. So convenient. Many grocery stores a block away and of course the Leo Wiener Wurst stand. Super delicious. Great place to stay and very reasonable.

We booked Ibis for the Taylor Swift concert, that unfortunately did not happen. Upon arrival we were greeted with friendly staff at reception. They had a bracelet making station and TS tunes playing. The staff were very friendly and helpful with parking and taking transit to the city centre. The room was a great set up for a family of four. The room was a decent size and more than enough space for a two night stay. The city centre is 15 mins by tram from the hotel and has a grocery store close by. Highly recommend and would go back again.

I had a wonderful breakfast experience. Everything was fresh and delicious, especially the fresh orange juice. The bread selection was excellent, and the croissants were particularly tasty and incredible. The food was very well organized, with a nice variety of different options to choose from.
