Vienna apartment

We had a very enjoyable stay at Siegfried's apartment. Short ten minute tram ride to downtown on the number 2. Lots of grocery stores in the area. Quiet. The bedrooms on the second floor are air conditioned which was great as we were there during a heat wave. Good communication with Sigfreid.

Very nice appartement

Big bedrooms and bathroom. Calm with no noise at night . Confortable bedding . Easy to go anywhere by bus or tram. Host respond very quick. Every think you need within5 minutes walk (small grocery stores, bakery, restaurants)

Super Comfy and Quick to Center

I loved this apartment. A family of two adults and two children were super comfortable here. Everything was provided, check in was super easy, Siegfried was very responsive and accommodating, the beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean and designed for comfort, the location was great - a couple of easy stops on the tram to the center. Supermarket is across the street. The tram is super easy, comes every 10 minutes and runs into late hours. I would stay here again when visiting Vienna. If you have older people in your party or very small children, keep in mind the staircase to the second floor of the apartment.

Overall great but stairs to bedrooms and transit needed for sites

Pros-very well stocked, air conditioning great (but only in upstairs bedrooms), beds very comfortable and all very clean, easy to check in, close to grocery stores, well functioning washer and dryer, close to transit. Owner was very helpful and timely with any questions we had especially in how to get to the apartment. Cons-need to use transit to get to touristy areas as quite far away, steep stairs to bedrooms (and bathroom downstairs only), only small fast food type restaurants nearby. Overall would still recommend as price is reflected in area located and transit easy to use once figured out(download app) and buying a 48 or 72 hour pass makes it worthwhile!

Wir waren zu viert hier sechs Tage zu Gast. Die Wohnung ist groß und war super ausgestattet. Beispiele: Toilettenpapier, Reinigungsmittel, Spülmaschinentabs, Kaffeekapseln, Gewürze und vieles mehr. Bäcker, Billa, Spar direkt vor dem Haus. Genauso die Bahnhaltestelle. Der Yppenplatz und Brunnenmarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Dachgeschosswohnung, etwas außerhalb

Wir hatten schöne Tage in Wien, direkt vor der Tür sind eine Tramhaltestelle ins Zentrum, Bäcker, Eisladen und Supermarkt ebenfalls. Zur U Bahn läuft man ca 10 Minuten. Schön wäre es, wenn die Fenster im Schlafzimmer der Kinder noch Jalousien hätten. Wohnung ist modern ind hochwertig eingerichtet.

schöne Ferienwohnung in Zentrumsnähe

Wie immer sind Bewertungen bei allen Bemühungen Objektivität zu wahren, am Ende doch durch subjektive Eindrücke geprägt. So natürlich auch diese. Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung. Besonders als Paar mit Kindern oder auch, wen man 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer benötigt, passt es hier sehr gut. Jeder hat seinen Platz und Freiraum aber in dem großen Gemeinschafts-Küchen-Wohnzimmer kommen alle wieder zusammen. Auch das Bad ist sehr groß, die Toilette in einem Extraraum und zusätzlich gibt es noch einen Wirtschaftsraum für alles was man so braucht. So wie das Haus an sich, in welchem sich die Ferienwohnung befindet, ist alles bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist immer noch gut aber man merkt, dass es langsam Zeit wird für eine kleine Auffrischung. Die Couch zum Beispiel ist sehr fleckig und wir mochten uns nur darauf setzen, wenn eine Decke darauf lag. Genauso die Esszimmerstühle oder der Teppich unterm Esstisch. Hier wäre ein Austausch, bzw. eine Intensivreinigung angebracht und würde wahre Wunder bewirken. Nicht falsch verstehen, die Wohnung an sich ist sauber und ordentlich aber einige Sachen müssten mal spezieller gereinigt werden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls ganz gut. Vor der Tür hält die Strassenbahn, mit welcher man in 20 Minuten bis zum Stadtzentrum fahren kann. Dazu sind noch 2 U-Bahn Stationen relativ fußläufig zu erreichen, je nach Konstitution (900m und 1,2km). Und da in Wien der ÖPNV recht günstig und super ausgebaut ist, braucht man sein Auto eigentlich nicht. Stichwort Auto; die Wohnung hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz und in ganz Wien wurde eine Kurzparkzone eingerichtet (max. 2 Stunden kostenpflichtig parken). wer also mit dem Auto anreist, muss sich nach dem entladen ein Parkhaus suchen und sein Fahrzeug dort abstellen. Auf anraten unseres Vermieters haben wir ein P+R Parkhaus an einem U-Bahnhof genommen und für die Zeit von Sonntag Abend bis Donnerstag Früh knapp 17,- € bezahlt. das sollte man wissen und es wäre schön, wenn das in der Wohnungsbeschreibung mit aufgeführt wäre. Und noch etwas zur Lage. Die Wohnung befindet sich quasi im Stadtteil Neukölln von Wien. ;-) Fazit: Eine schöne, etwas in die Jahre gekommene, Ferienwohnung bei guter Lage mit kleinen Einschränkungen. Aber nichts was von einem Aufenthalt entgegen sprechen würde. Sie ist weiter zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne FeWo in guter Lage

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit zu viert mit den beiden größeren Kindern in Wien. Die Ankunft war dank Schlüsselboxen unkompliziert, Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln ist vorhanden, ebenso wie allgemein alles da ist, was man für eine Kleinfamilie braucht. Die Lage direkt an der Straba-Haltestelle und Bäcker und Spar direkt vor der Tür, ist sehr praktisch. Man ist mit den Öffis dann in 10 Minuten in der Stadt. Trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung erstaunlich ruhig, sehr gute Schalldämmung. Siegfried ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der Probleme innerhalb von kürzester Zeit behebt, er stand auch für Tipps z.B. zum Schnitzelessen gerne zur Verfügung. Also, sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung, wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke für alles!

This place was absolutely perfect! Very close to the train station, across from groceries, food. It had everything. Very clean and has everything you need. The communication with the owner was outstanding. We were visiting from out of the country and Siegfried always responded to messages within half hour. Great experience! Dieser Ort war absolut perfekt! Ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, gegenüber von Lebensmittelgeschäften, Essen. Es hatte alles. Sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war hervorragend. Wir waren aus dem Ausland zu Besuch und Siegfried hat auf Nachrichten immer innerhalb einer halben Stunde geantwortet. Tolle Erfahrung!

Tolle Wohnung, zentral gelegen

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend gelegen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Dass der Fahrstuhl ins Dachgeschoss offenbar schon lange nicht mehr funktionierte, hätten wir gern zuvor gewusst sonst war alles wunderbar.
