Perfekte Lage, das Hotel ist jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was vor allem im Badezimmer ersichtlich ist (schwarz gefärbte Fugen in der Dusche), am Abreisetag hat um 9h jemand vom Housekeeping an die Tür geklopft und wollte überprüfen ob das Zimmer schon endgereinigt werden kann - zu beachten ich jedoch, dass man bis zum 12h auschecken kann. Mann würde meinen, dass das Housekeeping mit der Rezeption abstimmt welche Zimmer bereits frei sind und welche noch besetzt.

Hotel è situato in una posizione strategica di fronte alla fermata della metropolitana. Appena arrivati il ragazzo alla reception ci ha accolti sbrigativamente senza darci nessuna indicazione sulla colazione (se veniva servita, orari e il costo). La camera veramente minuscola senza un armadio, solo qualche gruccia attaccata allo specchio così come il bagno dove non c'era spazio per appoggiare praticamente niente. Noi siamo stati 4 giorni ed avevamo il bagaglio ma se vi fermate di più ed avete valigie più grandi vi consiglio di optare per un'altra soluzione..

It was very centralized and easy to travel from. Our concern was we have seen several mice at the patio seating during our stay of 4 days. They kept walking several of them at all times, when we sat outside. Also the waiter for the bar and restaurant was extremely rude and unkind.front desk staff Ahmed, Batuhan was extremely helpful and professional ! Also it’s a lot of noise the ambulance sirens are almost every hour 24 hours! And a lot of shady people around the hotel!

Great location for Wiener Stadthall and Westbahnhoff station, with car rental, food court, bakery, supermarket and shops just metres away if needed. Helpful staff and clean rooms. Only downside was no mini fridge which we like for keeping drinks/food cool, otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.

Small bar area, and a large hotel. Staff were visibly struggling to help all customers, and wait times long as a result. Similar issue at breakfast which was chaotic with people even sat on the floor near tables to eat, in the business area on the first floor, and not certainly enough space for everyone. The staff were friendly, but it feels the budget nature of the hotel is taking priority. Rooms were simple and clean - but slightly dated compared to other Motel Ones I've stayed in.

I paid Parking for five days. Every time I went out, I had to fight not to pay again because the tickets the Hotel gave me would not work. Frustrated… I could not take my car in and out… So I was limited to using my car. Very frustrating!!!!!!! One of the times I had to back up and then take my car and go park it again… you had to walk all the way from Lyle into the subway hub all the way around building to get back to the hotel… …….basically they said we’re third-party. We can’t help you and I’m like no no no no we’re not doing that…!!! This was my first time to Vienna,… First time with a car in Vienna, so that was the ultimate “WORST PARY”of staying at this hotel!! I have to say because of this my first visit to Vienna, was ruined because of the Parking… (sidenote… Even at the Information center, they’re very frustrated with you. They keep telling you to go over to the kiosk and get a ticket… If you don’t know: “ HOW TO USE”. the kiosk that’s absolutely no help… Very hard to find someone patient and kind to help me with the subway, the bus in the tram. !!! Note to Hotel… You need to work out a better arrangements with the parking garage. If you take our money, we should have “ NO”problem with the parking garage!!! Other than that, the hotel is amazing… The location is amazing…
