I am from Chicago here in Vienna to visit friends for a week. This is a good hotel and 8.5/10 would recommend. Clean, friendly staff, appropriately priced, located near public transport relatively easy to reach from airport (take S7, then U3, and then Tram 52).

Das Hotel ist an sich sauber und auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend. Das Personal ist freundlich. Leider ist es inzwischen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppich im Flur löste sich und hat risse. Eine große Stolperfalle. Und such im Zimmer könnte man manches erneuern. Und die getrennten Betten müssten auch nicht sein

Ich fand es eigentlich perfekt. Zimmer schön groß und alles Sauber. Badewanne mit kleiner Trennwand. War aber OK. Das einzige sind die Bahngleise auf der Rückseite. Da konnte ich nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Frühstücksbuffet war erstklassig. Reichhaltig und sehr gute Auswahl. NEGATIV: PARKKOSTEN IN DER TIEFGARAGE 19€/Tag

Las almohadas debian de cambiarlas porque son flojas, el desayuno, normalito, el jabon del baño, estaba vacio el bote, para dormir una noche, esta bien para estancia de mas tiempo la ubicacion esta lejos del centro .hicimos la reserva en este hotel porque queda cerca del palacio.

Ausstattung und service waren gut und ansprechend. Beim Frühstücksbuffet waren viele Dinge einzeln verpackt; das hat mit persönlich nicht gefallen. Schade ist auch dass man lediglich schwarzen kaffee am Frühstücksbuffet bekommt und alles weitere (Cappuccino etc) gegen aufpreis bezahlen muss.

Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer waren mal wirklich schön, hätten aber eine Renovierung verdient. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Straßenseitige Zimmer sind laut und überheizt, und Klimaanlage ist im Winter nicht in Betrieb!

Das Hotel liegt günstig; die meisten interessanten Punkte in Wien sind von dort gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist modern und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Das freundliche Personal und das tolle Frühstücksbuffet komplettieren den sehr guten Eindruck.

Hotel grande com uma boa estrutura, precisa de reforma, 30 minutos do centro de Tram, achei um pouco longe, quartos precisam de uma reforma, frigobar e ar condicionado nao funcionava, cabiceira da minha cama estava quebrada, wi-fi nao funcionava direito, cafe da manha maravilhoso e atendimento da equipe muito bom tambem.

Das Hotel war für unseren Kurztrip in Wien okay, aber wir würden es nicht wieder buchen. Die Zimmer waren vor 20 Jahren modern, wirken sehr abgewöhnt und es fehlt an den einfachsten Dingen (z.B. Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer). Dazu kommt das man beim Preis von 15€ pro Person für das Frühstück für einen Cappuccino ( Kaffe, Saft und Tee waren inklusive) noch zusätzlich 2€ pro Getränk zahlen muss. So etwas gehört mich uns einfach zum Standard dazu. Bei unserer Buchung war das Frühstück im Zimmerpreis schon enthalten, wir haben dem Preis nur der Auskunft im Zimmer entnommen. Dann ist jeden Morgen genau 8 Uhr die Lüftung im Zimmer angesprungen. Leider in einer Lautstärke das man definitiv nicht hätte weiterschlafen können. War für uns kein Problem, denn wir sind beide Frühaufsteher, aber gerne etwas länger schlafen möchte hätte damit unsere Meinung nach ein Problem.

Das Frühstück ist gut, für jeden was dabei. Frischer O-saft wäre ganz gut fürs nächste mal u geräucherter Schinken. Das Jogurthangebot ist gut u seeeehr lecker. Zimmer funktional und sauber. Die Bahn dahinter hat uns nicht gestört. Wir würden wiederkommen. Stassenbahn u U-bahn verbindungen gut.q

Alles in allem war es „OK“... vom Frühstück waren wir aber alle enttäuscht. Es gibt zwar genug Auswahl, aber geschmacklich nicht unser Wahl. Beispiel trockene Brötchen, als wären sie schon die ganze Nacht über an der Luft gestanden. Frühstücksspeck so lätschig etc.. :-( Von Frühstück abgesehen, war der Rest echt OK, also GUT.
