All in all a very nice hotel. Unfortunately the bathroom smelt very bad like sewage. We only stayed for a night, arriving late in the evening. So we did not bother asking to change rooms at midnight.

Wonderful stay

We liked the space of the room. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked the fitness and sauna area and got to relax after a long day. The breakfast buffet is amazing. We would definitely stay there again and recommended the hotel.

I liked how close it was to shops, transport can be expensive but if you have a car this would be a great place. The only reason I gave 2 stars for staff was because when I went to check out and give my card to the 24hour reception, no one was there, I waited 5 minutes and walked around no one was there. So I just wrote my name on an envelope with my cards inside and left it on the desk. I saw the night before that there was no one at the desk aswell

Hotel en excelentes condiciones, tranquilo, no ruido, muy limpio …. El primer día no limpiaron el cuarto, pero en los siguientes lo compensaron con creces …. El desayuno variado, típico del país …. Excelente, solo que hay que desayunar temprano porque si algo se termina una, dos horas antes de cerrar el restaurante, ya no lo resurten ….todo lo demás excelente …

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt angenehm, jedoch haben uns 2 Punkte etwas gestört: In der Nacht wurden wir durch gelegentlich bellende Hunde aus einem Nachbarzimmer geweckt, und in unserem Zimmer waren tierische Gerüche (Hunde Fell) wahrnehmbar. Gerade für Gäste mit Allergien – wie bei unserer Tochter – wäre es eine willkommene Verbesserung, wenn künftig spezielle Zimmer ausschließlich für Gäste mit Tieren vorgesehen würden. Ich bin überzeugt, dass das engagierte Team des Hotels diese Anregung berücksichtigen kann, um den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu gestalten.

The property is located just over 10 minute walk to a direct tram straight into Vienna. It us easy to purchase tickets online. The rooms are large but coukd do with a redecoration, especially the bathroom. There was a heatwave when we travelked and the room was cool enough with the help of a fan. Beds were comfortable. Sound proofing good between rooms.
