Good Hotel

The hotel is ok with resturants and transportation within walking distance. Very good full breakfast. Helpful and nice staff. However the sleeping beds are extreemly hard and not comfortable.

This is like an airport hotel, not to say it's bad - it's just not especially good, either. It's clean, efficient, and serves it's needs but after that don't expect much. Everything is an upsell, including water. Mid.

Lovely hotel, was concerned after reading reviews, would agree tea/coffee facilities would be an advantage for the rooms was perfect for a few nights stay as i booked hotel as was going to coldplay concert. Hotel room was very clean. But did notice when we left luggage in holdall room they did not tag are luggage but over all very happy.

Room was small and clean. It had no extra amenities. In an area of new office buildings with little traffic and people activity. Limited restaurants and shopping. Very quiet. Felt safe even late at night. Easy walk to U-bahn station (subway) to take a short ride to old-town center.worked well as a bed and location to go off for other Vienna tourist activities.

functional business/conference hotel

business trip for one night. hotel is about 15 minutes' walk to the Messe - which is fine. It's otherwise a very sterile convention hotel with basic rooms. spacious room. small table in room - no desk. free wifi OK. check-in/reception functional. not impolite, but not really friendly. They simply direct you to an iPad to check yourself in.

Parking is not for free 20€ per night

Everything was amazing room very nice and clean, comfortable bed with really good quality of mattress and pillow. I was disappointed in the morning when I suppose to paid 20€ for one night parking and I didn't know that the parking wasn't for free.In the description doesn't specify about parking fees.In Prater is 8€ for 24 hours parking .

Poor Choice - Stay Somewhere Else

Disappointing hotel as booked as 4* but would say more of a 2.5* No tea or coffee, no fridge, definitely not soundproof, room was not clean, scratches everywhere, no one of authority that could answer concerns on the weekend they were apparently in Malta having a good time, rooms not cleaned, expensive breakfast, no real alternatives to eat on the weekend in this area, bed was uncomfortable, no atmosphere and if you are leaving your luggage there before a flight they don't check if you are picking up your bag (no ticket or check done).....I really can't think of anything good to say. I certainly won't be saying again.

Rude welcoming. People at the desk are not looking at their guests when talking to you. They even left while i was talkin to them. They don t assist you in any way. I asked to meet the manager and they didn t let me. They didn t want to give more than one card for the room. No fridge in the room. I asked to see the receipt of my stay, they said no. I asked them to print it, they said they can t although i saw a printer behind them. For 300/night, i expect them to not be cheap on paper and access card… and hire professional staff. Oh and if you see a sauna in the pictures, it s not included. You need to pay extra for it (20 euro/person each time). I will rate the hotel as 3 stars at most. It s not a 4 stars hotel.
