The one downside was that the WiFi network was very poor and always dropping. Otherwise, well situated and on-site parking at a very reasonable price.

Easy checkin, and very spacious room, perfect for our family. Two tvs and the kitchenette was perfect. Easy walk from Westbah Hof.

My family enjoyed staying at this apartment hotel on a one-week family visit in Vienna. We used to stay at a hotel on the other side of Mariahilfer Straße, across the street from the McDonalds. That hotel was already fully booked so we look for alternatives and found this Hotel. The room we had was huge, maybe 60 sqm with a kitchen and bathroom separating two bedrooms. The place is not fancy or anything but clean and generally pleasant to stay at. There is no AC. And no gym. This keeps the rates low, it seems. Would recommend for an extended stay.

To be clear, we had a great stay and this is a good location (near the Westbahnhof). My only issue at all was that the hard floors and the location (on a busy street) made for a noisy environment. The location can't be helped. Some different flooring might dampen the noise somewhat.

Spacious close to Westbanhof

When possible, I prefer apartment hotels to regular hotels. While Stanys was not an apartment hotel in the true sense, it had a micro, a kettle, a coffee machine and a fridge and some kitchen utensils, meaning that it was possible to make breakfast and smaller meals without any problem. And the room was spacious, good wifi, and with a comfortable bed (beds, in Austria, may otherwise be a little bit to hard to my liking, but the Stanys bed was excellent). Location is nice, close to Westbahnhof. There is also a tram from Westbahnhof right next to the hotel, and on the opposite side of the street is a fairly big grocery store. And the price was nice, meaning that I feel got good value for my money when staying at Stanys

The property itself was excellent value for money - excellent staff, great sized room for the money, great space for the money, comfortable bed, helpful amenities provided including soap and shampoo. Overall, the experience within the hotel itself was very good bordering on excellent, perfect for the money I paid. The downside - the area felt very sketchy at times, a bit hostile in the evenings. Future travellers - don't let this deter you, the hotel itself is brilliant for the money in my opinion, but just be aware of the need to be in at safe times or be aware of your surroundings when going to the hotel to an extent

Wir waren zu dritt & hatten das Zimmer Elefant gebucht. Die Lage ist gut, es hat Abends etwas komische Leute, da in der Nähe von West Bahnhof. Abends mit offene Fenster, nur auf Strassenseite etwas laut, mich hat es aber nicht gestört. Ich würde sicher wieder im Stanys buchen. Unsere Wohnung war gross genug. Die Toilette hat manchmal etwas unangenehm gerochen, liegt aber wohl an die Leitungen. Im Ganzen hat für uns alles bestens gepasst.
