Clean and Comfortable stay for our visit.

Perfect space for our family of two adults and two kids (11 and 12yrs). The property was extremely clean and spacious. The location is very close to the U Bahn station and around 15 -20 mins away from Innerstad. There was a kitchen space as well - bit we did not cook any meals there. There were a huge number of great restaurants, coffee shops etc within 10 mins walk from the accommodation. Clear check in directions were given. One needs to fill in complete details of all the travelers through a link that is sent directly to the guest. Our stays comfortable and relaxing. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely apartment - lots of night noise

The apartment is lovely, very close to a U station, near grocery stores and fun restaurants, and equipped with everything you need. Unfortunately, we had great difficulty sleeping at night and on several nights got no sleep at all. There was loud street noise on the weekends outside the bedroom window. On weeknights, the neighbors above walked around all night long. Those who are accustomed to sleeping through night noise may be fine, but it was hard for us. Fans might help. Overall, we enjoyed our stay anyway, but we did not rest well on the trip.

I suggest this apartment to visit Vienna. Nice and silent area. The underground is right there. We were a family of 4 people and we had a really good time!

This was a good place to stay in Vienna! Close to the train station and restaurants. The only thing was the construction noise in the morning and it could use a little paint touch up on the walls. Otherwise, it was a good value for your money!

Große, schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit modernem Badezimmer. U-Bahn Station in der Nähe. Sehr komfortabel dass der Zugang zur Wohnung über einen Code erfolgt und man dadurch keinen Schlüssel mitnehmen muss. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht, sogar Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine worüber wir uns gefreut haben. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr gut, freundlich und die Antworten kamen schnell. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Eine schöne, moderne Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat viel Platz und ist neuwertig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Da ist ein U-Bahnstation nur 30 Meter entfernt. Es war sehr praktisch. Parkplätze gibts keine und sie sind kostenpflichtig, aber dadurch wir da am Wochenende waren, kamen wir gut klar. Einziges Problem war die Heizung. Es war nicht so ganz ausreichend für Mittwinter. Das Temperatur in der Wohnung lag bei 20C/21C obwohl wir die Heizung hoch eingestellt haben. Wegen das Temperatur haben wir geschrieben (,ob da doch was zu tun ist), aber haben ein Antwort erst nach unserem Abreise erhalten (und da war nichst zu tun). Alles sah sehr sauber aus, allerdings wenn unser Kinder Verstecken gespielt haben, haben sie ihre Klamotten staubig bekommen. Aber war nicht schlimm. Würden sehr gerne nochmal übernachten (allerdings nicht im Winter).
