Located in the heart of Vienna’s 15th district, we offer fully equipped apartments for short-term stays. Each apartment is accessible from the stairwell via its own entrance door. The layout includes a private kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and separate toilet. It is ideal for couples, business travelers, families (with children), and solo travelers.

Our vacation apartments are in a great location with a cozy atmosphere. Nearby attractions include Vienna’s Westbahnhof, and you’ll be staying less than 2 km from Schönbrunn Palace. Everything you need—such as supermarkets, a pharmacy, and public transportation—is right nearby.

Check-in and check-out are handled using a personal 6-digit code. This code grants access to the building and your apartment. The code can be entered directly at the door.

It is very important to us that our guests have everything they need during their stay and feel comfortable.


This apartment is located on the first floor facing the street and offers 45 m² of space for two people. The living area with an integrated kitchen features a cozy couch, shelves, and a dining area with a table and two chairs. The open kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, oven, capsule coffee maker, microwave, sink, and refrigerator. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink with vanity, as well as a hair dryer and a towel warmer. The bedroom features a 180 cm wide double bed with a nightstand and a spacious closet.

Please note: Vienna is located in a short-term parking zone!
During the designated hours, parking fees must be paid by displaying a parking ticket. Outside the time-limited short-term parking zone—such as on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays—you can park for free right on the street in front of the building.
