"One night in Vientiane. Brand new hotel. The front desk staff went above and beyond for me! I forgot my backpack in the taxi from the airport and they helped me retrieve it! They booked me a driver to take me around the city last minute when I asked and they offered professional and kind service. Also helped me book my train ticket to my next destination. Breakfast has a huge array of offerings. The pool is spotless and long, great for laps! Would stay again! A special thanks to Mek, Paro, Mee, Anna and Jack at the front desk! "

"Stayed here for most of my trip in Vientiane. Close by to Talat Sao was of my main reasons why I chose to stay here. Outside from the TV not working, everything was good from the staff to the service and breakfast buffet. I will definitely stay here again."

"I treated myself to this place. My room was very nicely furnished. The resort is excellent. I really enjoyed the breakfast. The staff at reception and in the dining room were excellent. It was a nice surprise at poolside to see the hot air balloons take to the air on the other side of the river."
