"Stunning, but left feeling very disappointed. We paid €346 for one night (two adults, one teenager and two dogs to stay in the Junior suite, room 309 in the clock tower) Without question, the property is absolutely stunning and in a very peaceful location/landscape. We had driven from Manchester, England at 6 am and after a two hour delay on the Eurotunnel, we finally reached the Château at 1930hrs. "Donc j’ai réservé avec ma carte bancaire a été prélevée. Arrivée à l’hôtel à 23h. J’ai dû mettre le numéro de réservation dans une machine pour pouvoir récupérer mon code d’accès à la chambre. Malheureusement j’ai dû repayer le prix d’une chambre car cela ne fonctionnait pas, j’ai dû appeler à l’interphone, j’ai attendu 15 minutes. Personne ne m’a répondu. Mon compte a été débité de deux fois le prix de la chambre, je suis en réclamation pour être remboursée par l’hôtel."
