"Nice small studio but with some issues. Quite a few flies inside when I arrived. This is probably because it's on a farm with sheep. Found several long hairs in bathroom and on dining table which is gross. Bedsheet was rough stretchy material. No soap on arrival and I had to request it from the host. "ALL hotel staff were incredibly helpful. The location is 5 mins away from the tram and 1 min from a grocery store. So easy to get into the main part of the city by tram that is every 10-15 mins. Trams are free on Saturday and the line goes to Gare Rue Verte which is the stop for Rouen Rive Droit the train line from Paris. The A/C in the room was great. The breakfast which was included was more than sufficient with lots of choices (eggs, cereal, meat, cheese, yoghurt, fruit etc.) The hotel restaurant is okay for a quick pizza if you don't want to go to the restaurants. They will also heat up a frozen meal for you if you buy it at the grocery store. The biggest issue was the Wifi. It is a public wifi (which is fine) There is some kind of security issue with an expired security certificate, so you cannot use a VPN. Which is a huge issue if you want to do remote work. I was able to go down to the Starbucks at Saint Sever mall ground floor) and use their wifi for the price of coffee. The hotel staff tried their best with giving me suggestions of coworking places (but they were all quite expensive)"
