"We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Sea Pearl Luxury Rooms — the room was well designed, modern, spotless, great A/C, free street parking in front, and close to the Migliarina train station to go to cinque terre which was much quieter and easier to park than céntrale. We appreciated the daily housekeeping, stocked mini bar fridge with reasonable prices and coffee/tea. Also try Andree restaurant when you’re in La Spezia, can’t recommend it enough! "

"The location was great - just a 10 min bike ride into town. The staff were top notch - they were all so amazing to deal with and really took care of you. The only disappointment was the room for how much I paid for it. I was expecting it to feel a bit more high end. It was a comfortable bed. The bathroom was tiny (if you are using the toilet your legs are pretty much touching the shower). Very basic otherwise. The lobby and breakfast and pool areas were nice and lots of bikes to rent. "Since the booking was made for the same day, I wasn’t able to select a higher-priced option that includes free cancellation. I booked this hotel by mistake, as the drive turned out to be too long and we wouldn’t be able to arrive before check-in time. I understand this was my error, but I tried to cancel the reservation within 30 minutes of booking, and the system didn’t allow it. I also attempted to reschedule for a later date, but that request was declined. I contacted both the hotel and Hotels.com, but haven’t been able to find a resolution. I would really appreciate it if the hotel could be a bit more flexible in a situation like this."

"I currently in my second stay with this hotel. The staff has been the best part especially as a foreigner that doesn’t speak Italian. They have aided me with friendly enthusiasm in a couple of problems outside their scope to which I am very grateful. The accommodation large, modern and clean. There is an excellent courtyard with numerous sitting options for relaxing outside. Definitely recommend this hotel I will likely be back here in a year. "

"This was the perfect location to stay for a retreat and also for a day trip into Cinque Terre. We won’t get over being driven in a cart to and from the parking lot down a charming rock wall lined street. It’s the most magical entry to a hotel we’ve ever experienced. Their customer service is exceptional, going above and beyond in every way. We were greeted with a welcome drink and given complimentary DELICIOUS snacks by the pool. The view at breakfast was the best we experienced in all of Italy. Looking into the Ligurian sea was beautiful. The spa was wonderful and available to us to use privately for an hour when it was not in use. What a treat! Sauna, steam room relaxation areas with a freshly prepared treat made by the chef waiting for us. Two nights was not enough to enjoy this beautiful property! Laura gave us recommendations on how to enjoy Cinque Terre and local restaurants, plus graciously answered any of our questions. We loved meeting her!"
