"Coming from the US, I would consider a car necessary for this property. Parking is difficult since anyone can park on the street in front of the house. The driveway can accommodate one car, but it is likely that someone will park on the street and block the driveway access. House is well-organized. "Street level apartment in a great location within walking distance of Marais and neighboring attractions. The street is generally not busy but you will easily hear street noise if that is a concern. The apartment was very clean and well appointed with good water pressure and plenty of hot water for laundry and showers.
