"The windmill and annex building were great. The walled courtyard was really nice. I was not thrilled with the town itself but this being just outside of town made the stay very enjoyable. The host was very easy to communicate with and seemed really nice. If I were to stay in the area again I would stay here. Very enjoyable!"

"i am struggling to find the right words to describe this extremely well equipped, luxuriously comfortable and lovingly presented home from home. As someone who always holidays in self catering properties, this was way above any I have stayed in.Every cupboard in the kitchen was packed full of equipment and included 2 large built in fridges. The house was not super duper clean when we arrived and there was a bit of a confusion with handling the keys and payments, but we were overall very happy with the stay and would consider it again. "I do realize that part of our low rating is our fault. We arrived at dusk and had trouble finding the location (streets are not well marked). There was no key in the lockbox, fortunately a call to Marina meant that we were quickly saved! Lights in the common hallway leading to the stairs were out so it was a dark entry. Not an auspicious start. The apartment is a little dark in general and the lighting is not great. The kitchen and bathroom have been updated but the rest is a bit tired. The...

"Our stay in Joao’s home was amazing. The location looks like paradise. Everything was perfect. Joao and his family are very friendly and discreet. "The staff were amazing, service at the restaurant and bar very good. The room very clean, apart from the shower curtain needing washed or replaced, no coffee was toped up on our second day, but no stress. The bed was extremely comfortable. "
