You won’t need a car at all!



LAYOUT



Semi-renovated penthouse with a capacity for 5 people and 2 bedrooms. It consists of:



- Living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen. There is a single sofa bed for the 5th person.

- Master bedroom with a double bed.

- Second bedroom (added by construction) with 2 single beds. To access the second bedroom, you must enter through the terrace or the bathroom.

- Bathroom with shower. The indoor shower is located in the second bedroom area (check the photos if you have any doubts).

- Spectacular terrace with sea views and a second outdoor shower with hot water.



GOOD TO KNOW



- The lift does not reach the apartment floor. The last flight of stairs must be taken on foot.

- Group bookings are not accepted. This accommodation is rented exclusively to families.

- No pets allowed.

- Outdoor parking space available upon request and with an extra charge.

- Ideal for a family with 2 or 3 children.

- 1 air conditioning unit in the living room and 1 in each bedroom.

- Tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes providing occupant details required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key handover. The agency will contact you in advance with all necessary information.



EXTRA



Across the street, you’ll find Pinar de Perruquet Park. During the summer, it hosts family shows, outdoor cinema, and "habaneras" concerts. This 2.5-hectare urban park is located right in front of La Pineda Beach. It is an ideal spot to enjoy the scenery and nature in a privileged setting, right on the seafront. You will find century-old pine trees shaped by the forces of nature, along with an artificial pergola that mimics natural forms and movement when sea breezes blow.

Strolling beneath the imposing pine trees and feeling the sea breeze while the little ones play in the pond or on the various playgrounds is an experience not to be missed.
