She was super kind. Karla helped us check in and was super nice and helpful. I would say all staff were excellent. The room was good size, TV smart function didn't work so we had to cast TV through mobile phone, which was a slight inconvenience, but otherwise everyday sheets were new and the room was made new. There was free Nespresso machine in the room and there was excellent free coffee throughout the day through the machine at reception. "
