There were many stairs to climb, which could be difficult if you have mobility issues, and some sewer gas smells at times, but over all, we were very happy with our choice. "It’s obvious the host is trying to avoid multiple listing fees. This property is not two units as advertised and rather one apartment. There is no separate room for the sofa double bed.
