"The title of this listing says the property is 5mins from Sitges but it is more like a 15 min drive so definitely recommend having a car. Taxis were about 15-20 EUR into Sitges. The location is in a village outside Sant Pere de Ribes with nothing there apart from houses. In the hills so nice and quiet but Nearest shop back in Sant Pere de Ribes (7 min drive). We went during a heat wave and it was hot in the house due to no air conditioner but the manager purchased us new fans and we opened the windows and doors and it cooled down. We were close enough to the train station to get to 99% of the places we wanted to go! Many stairs in the villa so keep that in mind if you have an older group. Hope to go back in the future!! "We had mixed feelings about our stay. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with, which was appreciated. However, there were several issues that detracted from the experience. We were unable to use the pool until the fourth day due to a salt water imbalance from heavy rains, but the thick mildew on the pool’s sides suggested a lack of maintenance.
