Stored our luggage upon an early arrival & gabe us immediate access to all hotel amenities. Helped us with bus ticket booking and calling taxis to take us places. Staff just really went above and beyond, which made our stay exceptional. Hotel itself is just gorgeous. Nice comfotable rooms woth big bathroom, and gorgeous balcony view."

"Hotel, whilst a little tired, was spotless. Like a lot of Spanish cities, Reus is a grid system and the hotel was on a corner. The main square was approx 300 meters walk. There is an attached cafe within the hotel but wasn't open on 3 days of our stay, which was a pity as it was very good. Overall, very good value. "
