"Excellent communication and cleanliness. The only issue I had was the instructions on how to get back into the apartmnent when the main entry was closed. instructions stated "Tap intercom" this was not the case. you had to enter the apt number plus another key on the intercom then you had 5 sec to use the app. It took a person walking by seeing us struggle to understand how to use the intercom/ entry keypad. we were out there for 10-15 mintues trying all sorts of random "Taps" .
