Description of room on site misleading.
This room is Not Luxury.
Would describe as basic Travel Room.
Bed: Poor quality of structure.
We notified host that the Bed "Creeked "Badly " with every Slight movement.
Response " no one else has complained " which does not solve the problem.
We requested a solution & for the host to come to room. Mentioned to a cleaner. No one was willing to attend to our complaint.

"Very friendly staff. Room was basic and simple, but clean and comfortable. Walls are a bit thin between rooms from a soundproofing perspective. Nice breakfast with a decent amount of choices. Wonderful location about a three-minute walk from the railway station, and about fifteen minutes' from the historic town centre. We'd stay again."

"This beautiful studio apartment is perfectly located one street back from the harbour.
The host was so helpful before arrival and amazingly hospitable and welcoming when we made it to Trani.
Homemade breakfast by her and her mother was delicious. It’s a shame we only had one day in Trani. "
