"The stay was frustrating from start to finish. We initially had to change rooms because the air conditioner in our first room was extremely noisy, making it impossible to rest. Unfortunately, the second room had the exact same issue, so the problem clearly wasn’t isolated.
To make matters worse, when I booked the room, I specifically asked if they offered free transportation to the bus station and was told they did. However, on the day of checkout when we actually needed the ride, they suddenly tried to charge us 1300 pesos. That felt misleading and disappointing. We ended up taking an Uber for just 400 pesos, and the bus station was very close anyway.
Overall, between the unresolved noise issue and the misleading information about transportation, the experience did not meet expectations."
