Great place with awesome staff on the hotel side. Very accommodating and friendly. Near transportation and all types of restaurants. I have stayed there and will stay again. Cons A little noisy due to heavy traffic. The restaurant on site is good but needs to upgrade it's service. It is disappointing that they don't take One key cash as form of payment. Still worth staying there.

Overall the stay was very pleasant

I loved the architecture and elegant colonial decor. The chocolate and wine made me feel appreciated as a guest. The atmosphere was magical, and the staff were attentive. They even helped us by lending a cell phone charger we had forgotten. The only thing I would suggest is providing guests with a list of recommendations for places to visit, restaurants to try, museums, etc., while in Guadalajara. The Property is in a Farley decent area 8 min. walk to a amazing Steak House the property can use a little upgrades overall was great!!! The Host Sara is very quick to respond to any questions..

This was the second time we stayed at this lovely hotel. It's one of our favorite hotels! Every room is unique - each with their own personality. The staff is so kind and very accommodating. Our favorite is the garden and patio - it's not to be missed.

Since we walked into the lobby we were greated by the bell boy, and the person at the front desk in a very nice and warm way, checked in with no issues and was informed of the restaurant service, as well room service. The room was clean and fresh very well kept, you can tell the cleaning crew takes a lot of pride in what they do. Very clean room we had an ensuite so we had a bathroom in our room. The stairs are real steep and parking was hard but everything else is perfect. The staff is amazing!! There's plenty walking distance so you definitely won't be bored and they give you a band so you can get back in hotel easy if you're out late.

I had a lovely experience at the hostal. Alejandro, the owner, and Jesús, the employee I saw the most often, were super friendly and responsive to requests. The cleaning lady came once a week, other staff and guests kept things tidy in between, and the atmosphere was fun. I loved the concept of the property how it brings individual's from all over the world together.

Everything was pretty amazing in this gallery/hotel. The chef of the restaurant was excellent. Every dish we ordered was delicious and beautiful. You have to be vigilant about the pricing of drinks though. A few times we were charged much more than it said on the English menu. They didn’t charge more for room service which was a benefit. Luckily we could ask for hot water for tea and they would bring it up to the room. We brought our own tea bags. I don’t think tea is a thing in these parts of...
