We did run out of toilet paper and the host told us we needed to buy more that they only provide us with 9 rolls. That was a problem for us bc we were not familiar with the area. The location was ok and neighborhood was a little sketchy We had to Uber every where which was a cost we weren’t expecting. The beds were like sleeping on...

"This is a beautiful house and stay -- my only advice to be very exact about *which city and plaza* you meet the property manager at, as we had the wrong Santa Maria plaza entirely! Other than that, a truly magical building, waterfall, and stay."

You’re in one of the apartments of the palazzo, the host lives on site as well, and one half of the palazzo is used as an b&b, private use of the huge garden. We had a bit of trouble finding the house , but Robert was quick to find us help and we were escorted to the house ( with full luggage service thankfully , because it is a climb to the house ) . The house is beautiful, spacious and has everything you would need . You quickly realize that long walk to the house is well worth it, because the views are absolutely to die for! "

"Un séjour très agréable dans une maison très accueillante, propre et très bien équipée. Deux terrasses , l une ombragée pour y prendre vos repas l autre équipée d un parasol pour s y reposer. Marco disponible pour vous renseigner , et très réactif. Village très paisible, calme idéal pour se reposer. A proximité des baignades dans le lac de Côme et très belles randonnées possibles."
