"I stayed here with my husband and 2 adult daughters. I read the reviews so knew exactly what to expect. The host was very friendly and offered tips prior to our arrival. The location is phenomenal and in the heart of everything. It was surprisingly quiet given that you are located in a busy area with access to restaurants, etc. The court yard had a lot of charm. "The best apartment I’ve ever stayed at in Pairs! Beautiful & Instagram worthy. Perfect location, great host, spacious apartment on second floor with elevator, fresh bakery in same/next building smelled so delicious every morning waking up. Quiet yet, bustling neighborhood. The apartment had everything I needed, full kitchen, dining room, comfortable, and gorgeous living room, two bedrooms, very pretty bathrooms, and an excellent location. "The studio was small but had enough room for two. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were functional. We cooked breakfast there and then left for the day only to return at night to sleep. Close to the Metro 6 line which takes about a half hour to get to most tourist sites. We were there for a week and were able to get to everything we wanted to see. Not a place you would want to spend the day in, but a great ‘home base’ to explore from, especially considering the cost."

"The place was very dirty and there was an ant infestation as well. The check in process was a nightmare as the management company left everything about check in until the very last minute, and provided an out of service number at the time of booking, where they could not be reached. I had to escalate this issue with no resolution. I complained to them about various issues upon arrival and got no response until the night before my departure. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting place to stay....

"We had a wonderful visit to Paris and very much enjoyed coming back to this lovely apartment. It is as pictured - perhaps even nicer as you can open the very big windows and enjoy the sounds of the street life below. The neighborhood is perfect - a mix of boutique shops, boulangerie's and charming restaurants. The Picasso museum is basically at your doorstep and it's about a 30-40 min walk to the Louvre and other points. If you want to see Paris in comfort and style - highly recommend you stay...

"This property is exactly as described and overlooks one of the most quaint squares in the Latin Quarter I’ve ever visited!!! The bathroom is fabulous and the host made each side of the couch up into beds so that our family of 4 slept perfectly: 2 in the bed and 2 on the couch benches, which were amazingly comfortable. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of locals chatting and frolicking below and waking up to the bells Notre Dame, which is easily visible from the window in this quaint flat....

Note that "reception 24/24 and 7/7" means that you can set whatever time you want to check in but you must let them know what time you will be there to meet them. They aren't there 24/7 like a hotel."

"The prooerty was just as describe in the Marais area. Bey close to St. Antoine and walking distance to most sites of interest In a very quiet area and secure building. The only issue wa that when taking a shower the watet would overflow in the bathroom"

"This is a real gem in Paris. It is conveniently located near two metro lines and a good bus route. It is on a pedestrianized section of Rue Daguerre which has every type of food shop and cafe. The flat is on the 4th floor (with elevator) and is light and quiet. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and there is a manual which provided information on everything a guest might need to know. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of storage space. This would be our top choice...

"This apartment is an excellent base to explore the city for a couple or 3 people. There are a ton of cafes nearby and the Luxembourg Gardens are just around the corner. Easy access to several Metro lines. Eric met us with the keys before our stay and was very kind and communicative. The apartment was clean and furnished with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!"
