"The property is adorable. Great location, fabulously quiet neighborhood. House floors slant significantly (I looked like a drunken sailor walking around), be careful if you have balance/mobility issues. Indoor doors don't close properly/are very offset, so don't expect privacy from your housemates. Walls are paper thin, so it may be hard to sleep in bedroom if someone is watching tv in living room. Bring ear plugs! Many outlets and power strips did not work or were glitchy (bed stand light turns off randomly, for example). Maybe the fuses have been tripped? Dishes in cupboard are FILTHY, so wash before use. The primary bath tub has such bad drain issues, daughter had to shower in the master bath. Main bath didnt drain even overnight! Couldn't find outdoor trash bin and it took 3 attempts and 48 hours to reach the host about it. Calling seems best for any issues. Staff are helpful once reached. The door to laundry is impossible to lock. Bring patience! Overall, the house is pretty clean. My allergies were not terrible there, which is a good clean-detector. AC cools home well. Delightful home. Better than I expected for frequently-visited beach house. View is spectacular. Yard is large. Can't drop kayak off house dock into water because there is a large drop to water line and no ladder. So, put in across the canal, near the bridge. Parking at house accommodated our 2 cars easily. We will DEFINITELY come back. Great vacation!"
