Beautiful hotel set outside the busy area. Very easy walking distance to the grand canal and some very nice restaurants near by. Breakfast was good, but the eggs were “ok”, pastries were excellent. Front desk was friendly and able to make all taxi bookings via WhatsApp. Beds were comfy and rooms were spacious. Only missing a bathrob to make it a perfect stay. Would return and recommend.

Sadly I can only give them a 3 star based on our room and the concerns we had with the price we paid for our two night stay. While our room on the 3rd floor was fine, there was nothing special about it. We did enjoy the location and the hot water in the shower deserves a 5 star. Our friends stayed in the room next to us and their room was a bit larger but paid only half of the price we were charged. We addressed this with Nicoli and were not given an answer that made any sense. With so many hotels in that area … I would suggest looking elsewhere for your stay. If in Rome though… please check out Harry’s Trevino Bar and Hotel. It was amazing; read my reviews on this sight and location. We loved it!!!

This was the most lovely hotel. It was in a great location of Venice. The staff were kind and very helpful.
