"This property is presented as a palace hotel experience, but in reality it is neither a palace nor a true hotel. The listing is highly misleading, and the photos shown do not accurately represent the actual property or guest experience. The entrance is through a residential apartment-style building with trash bins at the entry, and the elevator accommodates only one person at a time, creating an uncomfortable first impression and an inconvenient stay. At a rate of $360 per night, this experience falls far below reasonable expectations. Visitors come to Italy expecting authenticity, hospitality, and professionalism. Misleading accommodations like this damage trust and create a disappointing impression for tourists."

"At the last minute we were told that our room would not be available but that we could check into a different room for one night and then move into our intended night for the remainder of our stay. Unfortunately the first room had a strong smell of urine- I brought this to management's attention. For the rest of our stay, the toilet leaked water on to the bathroom floor- we soaked it up constantly with towels, but the whole thing was unfortunate. After 3 days, the maintenance person attempted the repair and when I looked at it, they used electrical tape to try to seal the leak! The apartments were otherwise pleasant. NOTE: Parking is NOT allowed in front of the building and you may need to park as far as 4 blocks away."

"Modern apartment centrally located in the midst of a bustling piazza. Area is beautiful with many restaurants and shops - has good energy & a great vibe! Walking path along the river provides picturesque views. Parking & navigating the city streets was a bit of a challenge (not just in Pavia) - recommend researching the places you want to visit fully before renting a car in Italy. "
